When you can't be home for them, whether because of work, vacation or other obligations, you want them taken care of with the same love and attention you give them. That's exactly what I do at Pet Concierge Pet & Home Sitting, LLC, because I love animals! I provide paw-sitive care for your pets and home!
Pet Concierge Pet & Home Sitting, LLC offers a multitude of services for a variety of pets (no livestock or snakes). Services offered in the Thousand Oaks and Westlake Village areas include pet sitting, dog walking, and pet taxi. I also offer various home sitting and home watch services which, by making it appear that your house is occupied, can be a crime deterrent. My home watch services include monthly property management. All home watch/management services are offered in Thousand Oaks/Westlake Village areas of CA and Navarre/Gulf Breeze, FL.
I appreciate the fact that not everyone requires the same care for their pets and or home, therefore I offer different alternatives for your care needs. Together we can create a care plan that will better suit YOUR needs! Choose the schedule and services you want, and I'll do the rest.
Pet services include:
Feeding
Dog Walks
Playing
Let in's/out's
Brushing
Administration of oral medicine
Litterbox scooping/cleaning
Transportation to vet or groomer (Pet taxi service fees applies)
Home Watch/Management services include:
Watering plants
Bringing in newspapers/mail
Turning on/alternating lights
Opening/closing blinds
Carrying trash in/out
Flushing a toilet to fluctuate water meter (shows usage)

Fees
- Initial Consultaion - Free 15-30 Minutes
- Extended - $25 40-45 Minutes
Best for longer walks, multiple pets, and pets with special diets/needs.
Good for extra home care or lawn watering.
- Regular - $20 25-30 Minutes
Most popular choice. Good for most multiple pet homes, feedings,
walks, playtime, litterbox cleaning. Most dogs require 2-4 regular visits per day.
Most cats are good with 1-2 visits per day, depending on cat.
- Drop In - $15 10-15 Minutes
Quick visit to transfer keys for service (pick up or drop off), check iron/stove,
turn off sprinkler system, close windows, etc. Quick potty break (let in and out).

- Pet Taxi Service - $25 flat fee (See Additional Fees)
Drive pet(s) to/from groomer or vet. Pick up/drop off meds.
- Key Retrieval - $5 (Each Way)
It is best to provide a key at initial consultation which is free.

Home watch/management is provided for Navarre/Gulf Breeze, FL and
Thousand Oaks, Westlake Village areas in CA.
Additional Fees
0-10 Miles is included
10-15 Miles plus $1.00 (beyond Thousand Oaks/Lang Ranch home area)
15-20 Miles plus $2.00 (beyond Thousand Oaks/Lang Ranch home area)
